Shipping & Returns

You can place a Return request within 7 days of order delivery. However, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery.

Return request will be reviewed by Sportshopy :
If required, request will be shared for his/her approval.
After approval, pickup of the product will be arranged through our courier partners.If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by Sportshopy.After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated.
Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability.

Recieve a Broken /Damaged :
We have to user high tightly packing technique to pack the materials owever, if you observed any tempered packing or damage on box then do not accept the shipment or write-down the delivery remakes as tempered box. Any damage product received by buyer should be informed to Sportshopy & Co. by email at care@sportshopy.com within 24hrs of receiving the goods. Email should contain pictures of damage products and with details description of issue.

Conditions For return/ replace a product :
Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ style
Wrong item ordered/ delivered

Unsatisfactory Product – Inauthentic/ Low Quality/ Expired :
Defective Product - Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty)
Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging.
Wrong Quantity – Missing Products/ Parts.
No Invoice/Warranty Received – Available on Electronics only.

Conditions For return/replacement request will not be accepted :
If Products are Altered/ Used
If Product is Returned without Original Packaging (price tags, labels & accessories)
If Serial Number is tampered.
For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 2 days of the delivery.

Money Back for Return/Cancellation Order:

In case of returned product Sportshopy will suggest you other option as well if you are still not interested then Amount will be transferred in your account in 10 Buiness Working days. In case of cancelled order Sportshopy & Co. will transfer the amount immediately; however it will still take 4-7 days for transaction.

Bear Shipping Charges For Return Goods:
If you received the damage product then shipping charges of return goods will be bear by Sportshopy. If goods are return due to change in mind or personal choice then shipping charges will be bear by buyer. For example, Changing color Size or Product brand and after receiving the goods you don’t like then you need to bear the shipping of returning the goods.
